We are a 55+ community with 68 full hook-up sites perfect for any size RV, each with 50amp electric. Our complimentary streaming WiFi system boasts the maximum broadband speeds available in the area. Bring your furry four-legged family members along to play in our off-leash playground.

And don’t forget to bring your toys! There are lots of ATV and bike trails, lakes and streams for fishing or kayaking, a walking trail from one end of town to the other, and many fun local hangouts! During the summer holidays, you’ll have a front row seat to the local parades and festivities. The resort is located just 2 hours northeast of Phoenix, between Payson and Show Low, directly off Highway 260 in Heber-Overgaard, where the community is friendly and welcomes summer visitors.

We have 68 full hook-up sites with 50 amp electrical service. Free basic Wi-Fi is provided throughout the resort. Join us in the Clubhouse for activities and events. Be sure to bring your satellite TV equipment, or contract with the Frontier Communications for streaming internet service at your site. Guests may borrow a DVD movie or book from the library.

The resort has a beautifully maintained clubhouse, immaculate restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and a pet playground.
