Daily

Daily - $35.00 includes sewer, water and electricity. Deposit required for reservations: $35.00 for daily reservation.

Monthly and Seasonal

Monthly Rate $ 395.00 plus $50.00 electric deposit Season Rate 4-1-09/10-31-09 $ 2,400.00 plus $50.00 electric deposit   Deposit required for reservation: $100.00 for Monthly;  $200.00 for seasonal

General Guidelines

Wireless internet available at all sites, additional fee Electric will be billed and payable monthly for all seasonal and monthly customers Telephone hookup available at each site Good Sam Discount accepted on daily rental Passport America discount accepted up to 7 days prior to arrival with approval Discounts do not apply to monthly or seasonal rates Management reserves the right to modify rates at any time
